Jodie has worked with families in crisis for over 15 years, developing and leading numerous workshops designed to encourage, support and educate parents in their role and enhance communication in the parent-child relationship. Along with her experience in the Social Service Industry, Jodie is a licensed counselor, life coach and mentor. Jodie leads weekly group sessions for troubled teens and actively volunteers in local community enrichment programs. Together, Jodie and Kevin are the proud parents of five beautiful children.
Having worked as a professional facilitator and trainer for over 15 years, Kevin has led thousands of individuals through hundreds of training sessions using proven adult learning theory techniques. He received his degree through the University of Idaho Anthropology/Sociology, and is certified in Change Management and Instructional Design. Kevin has worked with struggling families for numerous years and currently works in management in a large retail corporation based out of Portland, Oregon.
Larry has been an executive and teacher in the electronics and environmental industries for over twenty-five years. He plans to bring this experience and passion for helping others to One Change Group.
Loretta Olding is the co-founder and Executive Director of Elk Mountain Academy, a twelve step Therapeutic Boarding School for teenage boys. Loretta has been working with families in crisis for well over fifteen years. Loretta is a dedicated mother and wife, and her passion for families overflows into the community in which she lives. On a daily basis Loretta can be found volunteering within her community at the local youth center, gardening, cooking and enjoying the beautiful outdoors.
Vicki G. Keiser
Vicki is a retired partner of Deloitte with over 35 years of business experience focused in health services and other industries. She brings a passion for helping organizations that help others. She is married to Jim Keiser and has two adult children, Catherine and James.
