I value the positive impact mental health counseling can have in instilling respect for oneself, while also empowering others as individuals, couples, families, and communities.

Counseling will help you heal and feel whole. I specialize in helping people overcome mental health barriers, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. I have significant experience working with clients living with disabilities, helping them sort out negative self-beliefs and mood (e.g., depression and anxiety), identifying primary emotions and how those emotions can potentially help guide them towards healing.

Through your voice we can work to navigate and overcome the challenges in your life. As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Idaho and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, I am here to listen and meet you where you are. Through my own personal experience, counseling helps me on the path to healing and acceptance.

My approach to counseling is collaborative, and I have experience with counseling adolescents, adults, and the elderly. I have a person-centered therapeutic foundation to foster positivity, independence, and personal empowerment. I have spent much of my training and early career in the field of rehabilitation and mental health counseling helping people achieve their daily living and vocational goals.

I am a father and a husband with a young son. I value humor in daily life and look forward to working together towards acceptance and positive action. I’m proud to be a part of the telehealth team at One Change Group, and I am here to provide you with the support you need to make positive change.

Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Emotional-Focused Therapy (EFT), and psychotherapy models, we can focus on present behaviors to improve your future. We will reduce unhelpful choices, increase connection to self and others, identify values and needs, and take action to achieve desired results.
