Congratulations on taking the first step in your health journey, searching for a therapist. Therapy is a rewarding experience, but starting can feel daunting, but here you are!

Therapy is a collaborative relationship, and I strive to create a relationship where you can be your most authentic self. I will provide a non-judgmental and open space to express whatever thoughts, feelings, traumas, or events you feel comfortable sharing.

My clinical experience is based on working with college students at Northern Arizona University. I enjoy assisting clients through romantic relationship challenges, life transitions, family dynamics, depression, and anxiety. I use an eclectic approach of techniques believing that each individual needs a therapeutic model tailored to their personal experience. My most common therapeutic models include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy.

I look forward to beginning this journey with you.
