Our Team Members
Amy Topp, Director of Operations
Amy is responsible for ensuring One Change Group serves its clientele in an efficient and compliant way, utilizing the most current therapeutic policies and protocols. For 17 years, she has worked within medical and mental health clinics directing, organizing, and managing several programs and services.

Jodie Lewis
Jodie is a licensed professional counselor, certified rehabilitation counselor, and life coach with over 15 years of experience. In addition to working with people in crisis, she has developed and led numerous workshops designed to encourage, support and educate people in their interpersonal and working relationships. Jodie actively participates in local community enrichment programs. Together, Jodie and her husband Kevin are the proud parents of five beautiful children.
Larry Pieper
Larry has been a leading executive and teacher in the electronics and environmental industries for over twenty-five years. As a board member, he brings this vast experience and a true passion for helping others to One Change Group.
Vicki G. Keiser
Kevin Lewis
Having worked as a professional facilitator and trainer for over 20 years, Kevin has effectively led thousands of individuals through training sessions using proven adult learning theory techniques. With a degree from the University of Idaho in Anthropology/Sociology and certification in Change Management and Instructional Design, Kevin has coached families in crisis for numerous years. He currently works in management in a large retail corporation based out of Portland, Oregon.
Loretta Olding
Loretta is the co-founder and board member of Elk Mountain Academy, a Therapeutic Boarding School for teenage girls. Loretta has worked with families in crisis for well over twenty years. Loretta is a dedicated mother and wife, and her passion for people overflows into the community in which she lives.
