Having helped thousands of people and organizations struggling with their relationships, we firmly believe everyone can achieve positive, healthy results. It all begins with just One Change.
Our Board Members
Jodie has worked with people in crisis for over 15 years, developing and leading numerous workshops designed to encourage, support and educate people in their interpersonal and working relationships. Along with her extensive past work experience, Jodie is a licensed professional counselor, certified rehabilitation counselor, and life coach. Jodie actively participates in local community enrichment programs. Together, Jodie and her husband Kevin are the proud parents of five beautiful children.
Larry has been an executive and teacher in the electronics and environmental industries for over twenty-five years. He plans to bring this experience and passion for helping others to One Change Group
Vicki G. Keiser
Vicki is a retired partner of Deloitte with over 35 years of business experience focused in health services and other industries. She brings a passion for helping organizations that help others. She is married to Jim Keiser and has two adult children, Catherine and James.
Having worked as a professional facilitator and trainer for over 20 years, Kevin has led thousands of individuals through hundreds of training sessions using proven adult learning theory techniques. He received his degree through the University of Idaho in Anthropology/Sociology and is certified in Change Management and Instructional Design. Kevin has coached families in crisis for numerous years and currently works in management in a large retail corporation based out of Portland, Oregon.
Loretta Olding is the co-founder and board member of Elk Mountain Academy, a Therapeutic Boarding School for teenage girls. Loretta has worked with families in crisis for well over twenty years. Loretta is a dedicated mother and wife, and her passion for people overflows into the community in which she lives. On a daily basis Loretta can be found volunteering within her community at the local youth center, gardening, cooking and enjoying the beautiful outdoors.
