Keiana Fountaine

Keiana Fountaine is an Organizational Development Analyst with the City and County of San Francisco who is passionate about using data to better understand people and support informed decision-making. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Comparative Ethnic Studies from Washington State University, where she also competed as a Division I student-athlete. Keiana brings a unique blend of human resources, communications, organizational strategy, and analytical experience to her work. She is especially committed to supporting nonprofit and community-based organizations because of their direct connection to the communities and individuals they serve.
