Life can be hard sometimes, and counseling can help us overcome tough times. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach to mental health counseling to assist clients in identifying and coping with life’s many challenges. My goal is that you will find new ways to deal with your coping skills and, in turn, your overall situation.

There is no “right” time to start counseling. I will meet you wherever you are emotionally and work with you to achieve your mental health goals. I have specialized experience with autistic adults and their families. I am open-minded and want to understand your experiences, worldview, and goals to best work with you.
